Matinees are $4 a pop at the theatre around the corner from me.

Two large drinks is $10 at the theater nearest to me. Matinee tickets are about $5.75.

I feel cheated every time I hear about how much out of state people pay.

My friend went to a movie in Texas and matinee tickets were $2 IIRC.
