@ GV how come its so hard to re-flow some factory solder joints ''mostly pot backs and claws'' ? I tried to melt that one but it took too long so i gave up./

Probably the pot case or claw are absorbing the heat very quickly. Make sure you iron is up to melting temp before you apply it.
A little trick is have a dab of solder [melted ] on your soldering iron tip when you apply it to the solder on the pot/claw. Apply that to the reflow area and then it should all flow almost straight away or within a couple of seconds. Any longer and the heat will dissipate into it and stop flowing. In other words , don't leave the iron on the reflow area for very long.
Wipe the tip after every soldering action.
