No i just do it for fun. :toast: I have done a few finishes for people but never any builds. I am not quick enough at it to make any money plus i think it would take some of the joy out of it.

They are but its more a matter of working out the best way to do it.

Easier than it looks especially with this brain, i will have to over think it. :monkey:

I took a planer to my Futura it doesn't look anything near that good. It is a great idea and not really that hard if you have the tools.

How would you get a planer in there? Do you mean like an orbital sander? I think if i do i would just make a template out of plywood then just run a top bearing router bit around.

I will just have to see what i think once i get the wings on. The truss rod i used in this is just a warmoth one which falls a bit short of the end of the fretboard. So i dont really want to make the neck heel thin after the truss rod. If that makes sense.
