I love the hell out of Elly Mayday. My wife and I follow her on fb and were dumbfounded the day she released her video where she outed her cancer.

What's terrible is that she's been the target of a lot of mean-spirited assholes who've decided she's not plus-size enough after all the weight she lost during chemo.

She's been in remission for some time, now. Hopefully, it stays that way.

I just read a couple of articles about her. She is an impressive young lady.

She's also incredibly nice.
I put a lot of thought into how I presented her when I wrote that piece.
I'll be honest though that when I choose the images it was mostly whatever I thought would catch the eye that I went for.
