Normally I'd say amp, but I'm really firm believer that it's too important of an item to go cheap on (not digging on your budget, more saying it would better to wait to buy on that you are stoked about).
Did DV Mark make transformer-less practice amp? I hear they are really good for big ones.

I spent the bulk of it on those custom pickups from Deacci. Now I have a couple hundred left.
So you passed to more than once:?:
Because I said so.

The prices listed on the site are for a set (n+b) as I understood it from talking to Declan. But I got a set and a half.

Negatory. I will likely end up building a tele with it. Also since the '62ri was my first electric and it's lasted almost 20 years now, I kinda feel like I should hold onto it.

Many more times, yes.

While you do make a good point this isn't necessarily a gigging amp where tone and build quality are top priority, it's just a small practice amp....a product category I find impossible to get stoked about

Huh, when I looked at his site I could have sworn it said price per pickup. It's good to know that he's not charging TGP/MLP level prices. I could actually get into those if your review of your stuff piques my interest enough.

I ordered a set with an f spaced bridge and g spaced neck for my showmaster as well as a separate g spaced bridge model only for the Polaris. There is a bit of a delay on the f spaced pup but I should hopefully get the g spaced pups later this week. I'll probably be able to give you some first impressions by the weekend if it gets here in time.

I jumped on a deal for a schecter PT neck with a strat heel, courtesy of Rich_S over at the old stomping grounds.
And I have cash to spare. I might have to be a bit naughty.....

Rich is good p33ps. I broke bread with him once, before he left the Petro Metro for the northern slopes of Noo Yawk.
Because I said so.
