I have little use for fuzz, unless I'm also stepping on the chorus pedal. But the Diamond Marquis is a decent little box when I'm getting my hair on.

what chip is in it?


on second thought, it won't matter.  put a SD label on it, ship it to I Heart Guitar and they will just say it sounds great like it is.

The good news is, there are no "chips" in it, so I couldn't possibly tell you the wrong type. There are some excellent germanium transistors in there however. What model? Don't worry about it. They sound amazing, and they're consistent.

Does not disappoint. In fact, I will give you a personal guarantee: If you don't like it, I will personally feel bad about it for 5-6 minutes. 

But seriously the two gain reduction voicings are stellar.
