The fuzz will be first in the chain, right? At least that way you won't have to worry about pulling a patch cable out of a tight fit board to save the battery.

2nd, after the tuner. I'm debating whether i should put my ep booster before it, but the 1kohm output impedance probably wouldn't play nicely with the fuzz.

Regardless, since it has jacks on top removing cables is not an issue
