Bridge hot goes to the right pair of terminals, neck goes to the left pair. Ground tabs are on either side of the switch at the edge (not the ones in the pcb)
Lend me your knowledge of wiring diagrams.

So reds to left and right on the switch, black and white to push-pull, green and bare to ground (on the back on the volume pot or the switch?).

Darth forgot to tell you to be sure to wash your hands afterwards. ;)
