I like what you've done with the place. The wah mount path is an enlightened one.

Soon there will be much joy.

I got a little bit of routing done last night. It's just too damn hot to work any more than that.

Good news - I routed the main board for the rest of the pedals. All I have to do is route it for the reverb pedal I'm going to get (still undecided on that though) and make one more route to let my midi cable come up to my Timeline. Once I install the other handle and the rubber feet, the main board is finished.

Bad news - I had to redo the riser completely. My support pieces just weren't cut straight enough. Oh well. I got all the pieces cut and it looks much better. The input/output panel is routed, so I just need to route the top of the riser and then I can assemble it.

I might actually be able to start painting this weekend!

Just a little taste of what riser 2.0 has to offer

I'm basically done with the woodwork now. I need to expand the routing for one pedal, route for the amp control (unpainted enclosure at the bottom), determine if I want a reverb pedal (spot held by the yellow micro pedal) and route for that, route one more hole for the midi cable, test fit the other handle, and touch up a few spots that need wood filler. Probably about 30 minutes of work tops.

I still haven't decided how to paint it. I'm thinking green as the primary color with either silver or black for the edges, but I'm not sure yet.

I wish I had put the routes for the switcher under the pedal itself, like I did with the Timeline and Mobius, but whatever, it's not worth redoing the whole board over that. It's only really visible if you're looking at the board straight on.

Oh and the board plus pedals and power supplies weighs in at about 24lbs, so it should be about 25 with the handles, feet, and jacks attached. Not too bad considering it's three quarter inch plywood.
