New grill day!

Roomie and i got a little weber charcoal grill!

I'm gonna make some ribs and sausage burgers tomorrow.

I'm jelly. I only have a propane grill. I miss the delicious flavour of charcoal.

Maybe someday I'll get a combo grill.

Whatever you do, don't use lighter fluid to start the charcoal, invest $20 for a chimney starter.

Don't consider it DO IT!. It lights faster and the food tastes cleaner. You can get one for 8 bucks at Walmart. Those Weber Lil Smokies are the best tailgating grills ever made.

I never realized how much lighter fluid taints the flavor of food until I started using a chimney starter.
