What's better than new, properly-biased power tubes?

Just bought the cheap ones (ElectroHarmonix), and they sound phenomenal.  I might be over buying "premium" power tubes.

Ehx tubes are pretty well made though. Sturdy, reliable and consistent good tone. Probably not holy grail tone, but for the working musician, they are hard to beat.

I haven't tried EHX power tubes yet but I wouldn't be opposed to trying them out in the future. I need to learn how to bias my own tubes anyway. From 2006 until 2013 I was using Traynor amps so I never really needed to bias the tubes on those amps. Now I need to learn for sure so I imagine EHX tubes would be a good set to learn with.
