How about Bill Lawrence (Wilde)?
Not sure what options are available for his L-48. There might be a more humbucker wind available for it.
...err.
Probably not - that pickup is reported to be more of a vintage category pickup, but there was P-90ish stack offering.

I think they have some blade type tele pups that are pretty hot.
Try L48TL. If it doesn't work for you, you're out 60 bucks. Meh.

If you're feeling like rolling the dice, there's Barden.
If I remember correctly the coils are in parallel so if you put them on a series/parallel switch...

It isn't necessarily that I don't like the lil 59...I do like it.
But now I'm consumed by this magical world of single sized HBs for telecasters and I can't help but read about all of them in the history of ever.
Good suggestions, btw. Thanks.
Keep it coming.
Trust me, I'm a medical professional.

Thinking back, I'm fairly sure the bridge pup in my Charvel was a Tele Super D. That thing was a firebreather.

The first time I went to Paul Trombetta's place, I played one of his Teles with a Hot Stack in it. It was about a year and a half ago though, so I can't remember what it sounded like, but I remember it was fucking awesome and I bet you would dig it.
