Is the PC rebooting before running chkdsk ?
If it isn't try to set chkdsk to run at reboot.
Here's the link for drivers. NO Chipset drivers.

Drivers for everything else and firmware updates for your Mobo and Hard drive. There's the Lan driver there too.
There's a System Bios driver file that does this [ This file will automatically self-install after downloading. Restart required ]
Firmware/bios updates are more critical.

I think 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000A is the exception code, which would tell you at a very low level what the fart smelled like.
The BSOD says it created a crash log. Any chance you could find that?
