Ok, I just got this error code when I ran the Express test:

Error code: 0F00:133C
Msg: No suitable disk media present
Because I said so.

I'm no expert, but I think that means it can't read your disk.
Someone should put that in their signature…

Ah, apparently it was trying to read something from the empty DVD drive. doh

I think you win an award for the least encouraging BSOD of all time.

Based on the wide range of symptoms and the severity of the brain-deadness of your machine, I'm thinking your motherboard is probably fracked.

Do you have access to an industrial scrap shredder?

Never underestimate mickeysoft.

Still, Dr. Google is a huge help in my position - Juniper and Cisco put all their tech docs for all to see. Our other vendor, has not caught on yet.

This is why I suggested reloading the chipset drivers. If that doesn't stabilize it, it points toward the Mobo being fructus.
