The Dolphins looked pretty good. Pennington was connecting with Ginn, Ginn was getting a couple of yards after the carry. Williams looks fresh and Brown is getting healthier. With our new offensive line and more youth in our D, I think we could be a .500 team this year.

The Packers got spanked HARD last night. Rodgers was sacked three or four times, I can't recall...it was just a blur. Both of the backup quarterbacks were sacked and all three threw interceptions.
It was just a trainwreck.

The Patriots Ist team defense was horrible last night. They couldnââ¬â¢t stop a backup Quarterback from marching like Sherman down the field. I think the AFC East is going to be an interesting division this year.

Their D wasn't all that good last year either, the offense just had the ball for most of the game.

I wouldn't put much stock in what happens in preseason. Starters are playing not to get hurt and everything is very vanilla at this point. It's fun to watch the young guys who are trying to make the squad though.

true, but I've been watching football long enough to know preseason doesn't mean shit. The 90's Cowboys lost all of their preseason games and went on to win Super Bowls. You remember those right Securb right? Or were you too young back in 71? But since you say the Cowboys are a train wreck because they lost 2 preseason games then it must be true. I shouldn't bother watching the rest of the season right?

Great, now I have that scene from South Park stuck in my head where Cartman says, "this is like the gun I used in 'Nam" and Ned (the dude with the voicebox) says something like "You were in 'Nam, what division did you serve in?" or some shit like that.
Looking at it all typed out it sounds dumb...but if you could hear it in my head you'd be laughing.

Danforth, pull up ranks. Look out for Charlie up in the trees.
Will it blend? That is the question.
