A couple of cabs
#1
Ok, so I've been busy, busy, busy. My buddy and I decided to try our hands at building some cabs. I am building a 2x12 bass cab that is designed to fit into the corvette along with my bass so I can go jam with some buddies in a jazzy outfit.

He is building a cab that will have an 8" and 10" speaker for guitar.

We're building them out of pine. For these boxes we are using box joints but in the future we may change to something else.

This is the progress we made so far yesterday after working on them for a few very, very slow and lazy hours while we listened to some blues and reggae.

I will head back up to his joint in about a week to make more progress.

Thanks man! These are both going to get tolex. I'm gonna try to give it a whirl and see if I can do it decently.
