After deciding to stay an extra day on the West Coast due to the initial week of tapings of America’s Got Talent, Howard Stern returned to the studio to get back to radio business on Tuesday. His first guest was Adam Levine, the lead singer of Maroon 5 and also a judge (or coach) on the hit TV show, The Voice.
Adam showed up with his girlfriend, Victoria’s Secret and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Anne Vyalitsyna, but didn’t bring her into the studio right away… he made her wait in the green room. Multiplatinum-selling, #1-charting rockers Blink-182 announced today several tour dates in May surrounding the group’s co-headlining of The Bamboozle Festival 2012 (with Bon Jovi and Foo Fighters). In addition to Blink-182′s Bamboozle performance on Saturday, May 19 at the North Beach boardwalk in Asbury Park, NJ, the band has scheduled major arena shows in upstate New York as well as New Hampshire, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Quebec City (see schedule below).

Hola, smokers of the leaf. It’s Super Bowl Sunday for most people, but for myself, it’s just Sunday. Instead of obsessing over grown men chasing and jumping atop the carrier of a ball, I would rather see men chase a small piece of rubber while ice skating and, in frustration, pummel bodies against bodies, and fists against faces. It’s not that football can’t be exciting; it’s just not my brand of obsession. (Ironically, I have a fair amount of obsession regarding old NFL films summarizing past Super Bowls.)
