Prior to the Howard Stern Show going on Holiday hiatus, Alex was named Miss Howard TV for January 2010. Alex is a “dancer” in Miami’s Tootsie’s Cabaret. Howard grilled her on the “rules” at her place of employment and she explained, “We can grind, I guess, with our bottoms on.”

Alex admitted she was into filthy bedroom talk: “I like my boyfriend to call me a dirty slut. It’s really weird. I don’t think I am. Howard Stern Show sidekick Artie Lange was rushed to the hospital on Saturday in a failed suicide attempt, the New York Post has just reported. Lange was found by his mother in his apartment Saturday morning and immediately called 911. Lange was rushed to a Hoboken hospital where three deep stab wounds and six secondary wounds were treated in time to save the troubled comic.

If you were waiting until Howard Stern took the mic on Monday morning to find out the latest on Artie Lange’s health, you’ll be waiting a bit longer. Howard had almost no comment on the weekend reports that show companion Artie Lange was rushed to the hospital on Saturday.

The show went on as usual Monday morning without even a reference to the absent Artie Lange. It continued that way for a good 45 minutes to an hour until a fan called in and pestered Howard for an update. Stern finally acknowledged the incident, but not much more. It was reported on TMZ.com on Saturday that comedian Artie Lange was rushed to a New Jersey hospital for reasons that are yet unknown. In recent weeks Artie has been mysteriously absent from Howard Stern’s Radio show on Sirius XM Satellite radio.

The Howard Stern Show has been on Holiday Break since the conclusion of the show on Thursday December 17th, so updates on Artie’s mental and physical condition could not be broadcast. The 75 minute interview was wide-ranging and covered subjects that O’Donnell herself admitted to never having gone into so much detail about before. O’Donnell opened up on many personal matters: from the painful loss of her mother; to her troubled relationship with her father; to her rocky marriage and how she relates to the trouble Howard Stern Show side kick Artie Lange is currently experiencing with depression.

The result is Artie’s Party: A Search for The Next Miss Howard TV, a new original show premiering today on Howard Stern’s Howard TV On Demand service.

Howard TV and the Hard Rock created this unique bikini contest to find the next Miss Howard TV. They combed Las Vegas for the most beautiful and qualified women to compete on stage at the Hard Rock’s world famous pool. Contestants then modeled in front of a raucous crowd filled with other sexy women and were interviewed by Lange and Mund.
