Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX) and FilmDistrict, a multi-faceted acquisition, distribution, production, and financing company, today announced a multi-year agreement through which first-run, theatrically-released films distributed by FilmDistrict will be licensed to Netflix for streaming over the Internet in the “pay TV window” a few months after their release on DVD.

Paramount Digital Entertainment in association with MTV, both part of Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B) announced today that it plans to add another original project to its popular digital programming line-up: JACKASS 3.5, which will premiere in March 2011.

Yes, as cliche as it may sound, the Toys are back in town. Woody, Buzz and the gang are back for the third installment of the Toy Story franchise. Its hard to believe that the original Toy Story hit theaters 15 years ago… Bill Clinton was in his first term, the internet was just a puppy and oh, I was still in college. What is great about Toy Story 3 is that it stays true to the amount of time that has passed since that time, specifically the ten years that have transpired since Toy Story 2.
