Big beer tasting today, lots of vintage beers. Lots of food

Sirloin Tip Roast wrapped in prosciutto and garlic smoked over mesquite
Kielbasa simmered in a Stone Oaked Bastard BBQ Sauce
Pasta Salad
Prosciutto, Asparagus & Swiss Quiche
Veggie Quiche with sharp cheddar

tons of Cheeses

A friend of mine just got a case given to him by a coworker that was in Germany.

I got to drink a Hofbrau Muchen Oktoberfest. It was a bit lighter than i expected and he served it slightly cold, but I feel it should be consumed room temperature.

i'm too uncultured to know any better....

All of them were great I liked the Triple the best the Red was the funkiest. I have them at the house come over for the Pats game and we will crack a couple of bottles. BTW they changed the Utopias recipe!
