TMR Zoo Double Play – Week 18 Results – No Winner!

baseball monkeyAnother week down and another winless week in our little Double Play competition. I don’t blame any of you for missing it this week… one of the worst teams in baseball, before last week, was the league’s highest scorers.

It was the Washington Nationals, with 48 runs scored, that led the league in week 18. Yes, the currently 40-73, 23.5 games out Nationals. It was the Yankees that ruled the roost in least runs allowed, with 18… a pretty high number for this competition. Unfortunately, only one entrant selected the Yankees and none, obviously, picked the Nationals.

The popular teams this week were the Los Angeles Dodgers on offense and the weekly favorite pitching staff, the San Francisco Giants.

The week 19 prize is now added to the week 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 prizes. So that means that the Nerf N-Strike Vulcan EBF-25 Blaster and a blu ray copy of Terminator 2 and the Rob Thomas: Something To Be Tour – Live At Red Rocks DVD and The Woodstock Experience Limited Edition CD Box Set, and Pro Grip football are now combined with a G4 prize pack… which includes Beyond Race Magazine and a Ninjas Rule T-shirt. Check out the pic of this massive NERF blaster below:
