This is it! The last call for entries for the 2009 edition of the TMRzoo Double Play Contest. As for week 24, nobody selected last week highest scorer and lowest runs allowed. Since the correct guesses were the Royals and Twins, I wasn’t expecting many correct entries. I was surprised at how very few people, or should I say person, had either of the teams at all.
It was the Kansas City Royals that scored the most runs last week, and the Minnesota Twins that allowed the least. Of Course, no one guessed the Royals. The Twins were guessed by only one member. Yep, that’s right, one.
As mentioned above and in the title, this is the last week to submit an entry before the end of the 2009 MLB season. You week 25 picks are already locked in, and voting for week 26, the final week of the season, will close at midnight on Sunday. Tak oe last shot at our prize pack and the full set of Nickent Golf Clubs. They’ve already been won in our Nickent Players of the Week Contest, so you know it’s possible.
