Eurogamer is reporting that a demo for the PlayStation 3 version of Mass Effect 2 will be available on December 22.
However, there is no confirmation on what the content of the demo will be.
The PlayStation 3 version will essentially be a “Game of the Year”-style edition with all of the downloadable content, including Lair of the Shadow Broker, Project Overlord, Kasumi: Stolen Memory and the Blood Dragon Armor. It will also have an electronic “comic book” that will the player to customize Shepard’s actions prior to Mass Effect 2, since the first game is owned by Microsoft and therefore no save game transfer will be possible.
