The Beer 30 Show Shoots it’s Pilot in Boston January 24th

Budweiser beer of the Anheuser Busch Brewing Company out of St. Louis, Missouri signed on as the Official Beer of The Beer 30 Show this past week. Beer 30, the brainchild of producer Mark McClure is described as “The Man Show meets Best Damn Sports Show Period”. Budweiser will have exclusive beer branding rights for the initial pilot which will be shot in front of a LIVE audience at Jerry Remy’s Sports Bar & Grill in Boston on January 24th than test aired nationally into 64 million households at the end of March. The thirty minute television show looks to fill the void of “guy comedy” left by the departure in recent years of The Man Show and Best Damn Sports Show.

“In looking at the concept of our show and the demographics that we hit, both ourselves and Budweiser felt that it was the perfect partnership. We are producing the pilot end of January and have a very, very strong cast of comedic actors and writers attached along with a top notch production team, and I think Budweiser realized that Beer 30 has long term potential. I know we feel that way, and with the void left by the highly popular Man Show I am confident Beer 30 will gain a sizeable audience from day one. And what better partner to have for a show titled Beer 30, then the number one beer company in the world,” McClure stated.

The Beer 30 Show will be hosted by ESPN Radio Dallas personality RJ Choppy and Boston comedian Graig Murphy. Murphy was the recent winner of The Beer 30 Show Co-Host Finals held recently in Dallas, Texas where 10 comedian finalists from all over the U.S. competed for the coveted co-host spot for the show.  The finalists were chosen from American Idol type contests/auditions in their home states over the past two months, wrapping up at the finals in Dallas on December 29th
