VietJetAir Fined for in Air Bikini Show (Video)

VietJetAir was the first privately-owned airline to be established in Vietnam, fined for hosting mid-air bikini show. The runway style show featured scantily clad Hawaiian dancers in sarongs and bikini tops. Nguyen Trong Thang, chief inspector of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam slammed the airline for what we here at TMR think is the most brilliant move in aviation in years.

VJA filled the plane with contestants in the local beauty pageant, Miss Ngoi Sao. The Hawaiian themed jaunt through the plane was not sleazy in any way. Nguyen Trong Thang commented it was not the content of the show that got VJA in trouble. Thang said VJA got the fine for violating the local aviation regulations by organizing an unapproved show on a plane.

Personally, I prefer to fly Jetblue due to their seatback TVs, cheese and meat samplers, and cold brews. Never the less if VietJetAir starts to operate in the United States I think I am going to have to switch alliances. A live bikini show beats reruns of The King of Queens any day.

Take a look at the video below. I am sure after watching it you will be booking the next flight to Vietnam.
