Jodie Foster made a coming out speech last night at the 2013 Golden Globes to accept the Cecil B DeMille Award. What makes this a non-news story is Jodie Foster has never been a closeted woman. What makes this interesting is Jodie has never done a nude lesbian scene.
Foster has been taking off her clothes for film since “The Accused” in 1988 when she played rape victim Sarah Tobias. There was a nude scene in the 1976 release “The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane” but seeing Jodie was 14 at the time a body double was used. This is the same year that Foster stared as a teen prostitute in Martin Scorsese’s groundbreaking film “Taxi Driver” with Robert De Niro.
As Jodie Foster matured so did her roles as she was constantly cast as the hardedge, hot teenaged vixen in the films “Foxes” and “Carny”. These roles eventually led to Jodie doing some full frontal nudity and appearing topless in an impressive list of films.
