Terrell Suggs commented on the Patriots after last night’s win saying “These are the most arrogant pricks in the world starting with Belichick on down”.Terrell’s comments are a bit strong but I am going to have to agree with the Raven’s star linebacker.
If the Patriots organization were not looking past the Ravens, maybe they could have stamped their ticket to the Super Bowl last night. The problem with the Patriots organization and their fans is – the Patriots are not as good as they think they are. They expect to cruise to the Lombardi trophy every year and when they fall short it is always someone else’s fault.
Last year, Tom Brady’s wife Gisele Bundchen threw the whole receiving core under the bus following Super Bowl XLVI stating that her “husband can not f’ing throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time.” not knowing cameras were rolling picking up every word.
This year the arrogant snippy comments come from Anna Burns Welker, yes Wes’ wife. Anna decided to take to Twitter after the game to attack Future Hall of Famer Ray Lewis. Welker did not comment on Lewis’ performance during Sunday’s game, she went on an unprovoked personal attack.
Anna Welker Tweeted: “Proud of my husband and the Pats,” Burns Welker wrote. “By the way, if anyone is bored, please go to Ray Lewis’ Wikipedia page. 6 kids, 4 wives. Acquitted for murder. Paid a family off. Yay. What a hall of fame player! A true role model!”
First off, Ray Lewis has never been married. Anna Welker needs to stay the hell off of Wikipedia. Does she even know how the website works? I could update Wes’ page today to say he is married to a moron, and probably will. If Anna Welker feels having children out of wedlock is a moral issue maybe she should take it up with Tom Brady, Tom has 3 kids with 2 women – one child being born out of wedlock. Something tells me Anna Welker wouldn’t dare comment on that situation. Anna could tweet about Aqib Talib’s spotty past. Doing that could get her beloved Wes pistol-whipped at practice.
There is something to be said about losing gracefully. In the past 18 or so hours – the Patriots have proven they just dont know how to do that – starting with Belichick on down.
