Broncos Fans Flocked to Porn Immediately After the Super Bowl

The statisticians over at PornHub, the premier destination for online adult entertainment, have always done a great job analyzing America’s porn-watching habits during national, and international, news events. In the past, they’ve told us porn viewing went up when the US government was shut down, and also how residents in the path of Hurricane Sandy “got it in” before the storm hit.

Since there are few national and world events as big as the NFL Super Bowl, while you were stuffing yourself with beer and wings, the PornHub statisticians were hard at work. That’s right, they measured traffic usage throughout each hour of the Denver/Seattle (one-sided) face-off.

The result of the study found that porn viewing saw a sharp drop as soon as the big game began… no shocker there. However, once the game ended it was quite the different story. The Broncos’ devastating loss had fans instantly rushing to their laptops for consolation, most likely to “rub out” the shame. The city of Denver saw a 10.8% spike in traffic immediately after the game while Seattle saw a 17.2% drop at the same point in time.

Broncos fans went from one hard time to another Sunday evening.
