In week 6 of the 2014 NFL Season there are once again only two teams on their bye week… the Kansas City Chiefs and New Orleans Saints. That on your quest to Beat the House. With that in mind, put your heads down and put your best effort into your free NFL picks and predictions for week 6.
Last week we introduced the first wild card playoff opportunity in our contest. The first person to pick a perfect week, gets a free pass into our Beat the House playoffs. We had two close calls with 14 out of 15, but no perfect pick score yet. That offer is still on the table in week 6.
The Thursday night contest could actually be pretty interesting this week. The Indianapolis Colts visit the Houston Texans in an AFC South grudge match. Both teams come in with match 3-2 records in a tie at the top of the division. The Colts are road favorites by the 2.5 point spread. Our experts are going with Indy in this one.

As mentioned above, up for grabs this week is our first wild card playoff opportunity. The first entrant that picks a perfect week will be guaranteed a spot in our post season. That automatically puts you in the top 16 and a good position to win the grand prize. So even if you haven’t entered yet this season, your odds are as good or better than anyone’s.
The “Final Four” contestants in our playoffs, which will be after the divisional round of the NFL playoffs, will win the ultimate swag and movie prize pack.
Your Thursday Night game pick will need to be entered by kickoff of that game, but the rest are not due until kickoff of the remaining games on Sunday.
