It has been suggested by several members that we should use ESPN Fantasy for the league this year:

take a look and let me know what the rest of you think, but it looks like it will suit our needs, even division set-up, perfectly.

The division set-up within the league is nice on ESPN, but I don't believe you can split the player pool up between divisions... that would result in the 20-team free-for-all again
It would be cool if one division picks from the AFC and the other the NFC

That wouldn't work everyone would want the AFC because there is no talent in the NFC
