We made chicken burritos.

On a sidenote: the Mexican avacados have are really good this winter.

Last winter they were shit but this time they are awesome. California's summer crop ones are still better, though.

Tonight I made fried chicken sandwiches.

Chicken breast, buttermilk, franks hot sauce, that's it. Simple and effective.

so I had a mild case of food poisoning a few days ago.

I've been reduced to eating only the most gastrically-inoffensive foods. rice, bananas, toast. I graduated to avocado yesterday, and I had a couple of eggs this morning that hasn't caused too much turbulence.

I need to eat some spicy food again soon or else I might lose all sense of self worth.

Gotta get some probiotics in there first though.
