PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. ââ¬â Police say a Port St. Lucie man was arrested for throwing a sandwich at his girlfriend, the second food attack that sent a man to jail in about a month.
According to a police report released Monday, 20-year-old Matthew Rubin threw the sandwich at his girlfriend's face during an argument. Rubin then hit the top of her head with his first before taking off.
Rubin admitted to throwing the food but not hitting her. He was arrested Friday and faces a battery charge.
Last month, another man was arrested on a battery charge for hitting his girlfriend with a sandwich, knocking her glasses off and nearly causing a traffic crash.
Police reports did not what type of sandwich was used in either attack.

This poses the question...if one were to hit one's wife/girlfriend, what sammich is appropriate? I'd use something with a hard roll and spicy mustard.

If you want a woman to throw a sammich at you, come to the TMR headquarters and leave a sammich laying around anywhere in the office. Rosalita the cleaning lady will find it and hit you square in the balls with it no matter where you are.
If you don't think a thrown sammich would hurt your nuts... just test her.

Fast-food worker allegedly assaulted with sandwich
PEORIA ââ¬â Police were called to a West Bluff McDonald's restaurant early Saturday after an employee was allegedly assaulted with a breakfast sandwich.
About 5:20 a.m., a man at the drive-through window at 627 N. Western Ave. was upset his McGriddle sandwich didn't have an egg in it, the victim told police. She told the man she would correct the sandwich, but he became irate when the driver of the vehicle behind him honked at him to move.
The man then threw the hot, greasy sandwich at the 38-year-old employee's face, according to police reports. The man drove off before police arrived.
The woman refused medical attention.
