Quote:A 13-year-old Ukrainian boy is being charged as an adult after he was found to reportedly have the penis and teeth of a boy much older than him.

According to the Moscow Times, the boy was arrested after he stole a cellphone. After being sent to prison he underwent a medical examination and the doctors concluded from the size of his penis and his teeth that he was between 16 and 17 years old.

As a result of the doctors' conclusion, the judge decided to try the boy as an adult.

The regional prison service has been orderd to review the boy's case.
