Eek! Really? - LesStrat - 05-15-2015 I had to buy a car battery last night. It has been 4 or 5 years since I've done so. The last time I bought a premium battery, and I paid either $70 or $80 for it. The cheapest battery in the store (not for my car) was $119+tax. I ended up having to spend $193. Mais wha:?: I guess I shouldn't complain too much. The battery in my car was the original. Really? - Speng - 05-15-2015 Holy balls! The last premium battery I bought, three years ago was around $80. I bought a brand new cheap battery (for a car I was selling) last Fall for $40.
