An old ManRoom vet under a different name. Probably senior based on posts.

In other news, the greatest column ever written about Brett Favre.

I just had a thought.

Favre is the cover boy for Madden '09. If he comes back to play, the curse will get him.

Bring his ass back!

Why did Brett Favre quit?

Because he is a drama queen.

Here is an ESPN article analyzing Favre going to every team in the NFL...
Ravens, Texans, Bucs among finer fits for Favre

He's a schmuck. And he's got his family playing the "poor Brett" card saying the Packers don't want him. Hm? 38 year old QB who, despite being a great one, is not going to get this team another Super Bowl and it's going to cost $12.8 million to have him. Wonder why they don't want him.

If he goes anywhere but Green Bay, the fans are not going to be forgiving when he tries to force the ball and gets picked off. The Packers are in a no win because they don't want him, but it will be a PR nightmare with the fans if they don't take him back.

WTF did he want the Packers to do to show they wanted him back? They've been accommodating his attention whore antics for years.

Supposedly this whole thing is going to come to a head this week, that's what the media here is reporting.

I think one of the local radio guys here has a good thoughts on it. Favre wants to play, but he doesn't want to do all the other stuff (mini camps, team functions, etc.). So, he's been playing the "I don't know" card to get out of all that. Well, Green Bay needs to know because they have the draft, free agents, and trades to consider. I think drafting two QBs showed that they weren't waiting on Mr. Indecision.
Will it blend? That is the question.
