One year at my BBQ I put a sign on my wings that said "Careful Hot" so people gave me shit all day long telling me my wings were not hot. The next year I cranked them up and a couple of people were able to choke one down. Last year one person was able to finish one.

This year I take no prisoners. My marinade will be these peppers and a cup of vinegar - thats it.
