Yard work is killing me

I have a neighbor like this and get some letter or another every other year. I'm expecting another soon since my yard is an abomination right now due to three straight busy/away weekends.

Not to mention it's only May, give the weather a chance to get nicer before expecting people to be outside doing crap. It rained all day today, tomorrow is supposed to be nice and then another full day of rain on Thursday.

I'm pretty sure I know which neighbor complained, there's a douchebag that lives behind me. They moved in a few years ago and they just suck. His wife (fucking HUGE, by the way) is always screaming at the kids in a shrill ass voice. I can be in the house with the windows closed and I can hear the bitch yelling. It's a really quiet neighborhood otherwise, the two neighbors next to me are older couples who I occasionally make small talk with if I I don't get in the house fast enough.
