No, you're right. I didn't recognize it. But I have to admit, while my ear is very good for picking up a specific musician or style, I don't know much about the instruments themselves.

After 6 months I got the call I can pick up my guitar tomorrow. Pat said it came out "great". That is very encouraging concidering the amount and quality of the guitars he works on. I cant wait to get my hands on this baby. You can expect way too many pictures tomorrow.

Bruce, is there any difference between tuning pegs for electric and acoustic guitars? A neighbor of a friend was moving and I saw he had two acoustic guitars sitting in the trash so I nabbed them....it seemed like a shame to see them crushed. They're in somewhat decent shape but both are missing the tuning pegs. I figured I'd get some cheap pegs and see if the guitars sounded decent enough to warrant refinishing.

If nothing else I'll just leave them laying around for shits and giggles.
