A female nurse “initiated unsolicited sexual relations, including intercourse” with a hospitalized Illinois man who was awaiting a heart transplant, according to a lawsuit filed Monday against the woman and the hospital where her employment was later terminated.

In a Cook County Circuit Court complaint, retiree John Cantone, 60, accused Rachel Shaper of battery and alleged that the Advocate Christ Medical Center in suburban Chicago was negligent in supervising the 33-year-old registered nurse.

Cantone, whose wife Laura is co-plaintiff in the lawsuit, charges that Shaper, seen at right, “had a propensity to initiate unauthorized physical contact with patients.” The nurse, he added, “had attempted and/or succeeded” in initiating similar contact with other patients in her care.

According to the complaint, Cantone was in his hospital bed at 9 PM when Shaper entered Room 916 East and “initiated unsolicited sexual relations, including intercourse.” The October 12, 2012 encounter, Cantone claimed, occurred in the hospital’s cardiac intensive care unit, where he was awaiting a new heart.

At least she wasn't killing them.

Here's something you won't find in the dumpster everyday.

At about 6:57 a.m. on Monday, two adults were found on the 200 block of 14th Avenue stripped down naked in a city dumpster having "intimate relations" amid a heap of trash.

Afterward, the sexually charged pair had a smoke in the dumpster, near flammable items, a witness told police.

The caller complained about the indecency, thus police responded only to find that the naked male had narcotics paraphernalia on him, according to police reports.

"As the officers continued their investigation they were able to recover a large quantity of methamphetamine along with other items," says Captain Simon Silverman.

The man was booked into San Francisco County Jail for multiple charges, including probation violation.

AN OVERLY amorous couple who performed lewd sex acts in front of children and disgusted commuters on a Melbourne train “just got carried away”, a court has heard.

Hurstbridge line passengers copped an unexpected eyeful around midday on December 30, 2013 when the couple — drinking and laughing — engaged in and simulated sex acts just metres from children, with some passengers changing carriages and one anonymously calling police.

Mother of two Julie Anne Brown, 29, received a good behaviour bond for the overt public display of affection after pleading guilty to outraging public decency and seven other charges at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.

Her then lover was recently jailed for the offensive dalliance that continued at an East Melbourne reserve and saw him breach a suspended sentence.

Police prosecutor Senior Constable Neth Livett said the Bundoora woman straddled her partner at Greensborough station, where they kissed, danced and shared cans of Woodstock Bourbon before boarding a city-bound train.

He said on the train, Brown performed a sexual dance for her male partner, before straddling him and engaging in sex acts — at one time only one metre away from a commuter.

The court heard passengers, including a family with a stroller and two young children, sat nearby as the illicit romp continued.

Not long after the loved-up couple disembarked at North Richmond station, police received another complaint and discovered the couple going at it at Powlett Reserve in East Melbourne.

Brown apologised to a police officer: “Sorry, (we) just got carried away”. Defence counsel David Langton told the court Brown was impulsive — especially when drinking alcohol — as a result of an acquired brain injury sustained when she was struck by a car at 16.
