Sure. Although if we open it to the public with no entry fee, it will get filled up quickly. How many teams should we cap the league at? The one time we had like 20 and we were signing waterboys to fill roster spots after week 6.

I like it that way it forces you to get creative and look at the waiver wires. How about 2 or 3 - 10 man leagues

I don't know if I have enough "decent" stuff to ship out to multiple groups monthly. I still have a bunch of Jager hats a few Ts, some DVD/Blus mostly chick flick and crap.

I have some of those also, they are a pain in the balls to ship. They only fit in wreath boxed from UPS so you are talking $5 before you even dole out postage.

I'm not. Just want to keep people interested. In past leagues guys lost interest early and those teams basically became a bye week.

Is there something specific I can announce as a grand prize?

The 2013 TMRZoo.com Free Fantasy Football League is now open for business. Yes, that is correct, this year we have dropped the entry fee for the league… but are still giving away the prizes.

We will be running the league(s) through the Yahoo Sports interface just like we have in previous years, with an auto-pick draft. Sorry if you don’t like the new Yahoo page design… it is what it is. We will accept entries and create as many leagues as we need, up to a maximum of three. A senior member of the TMRZoo.com staff will be the commissioner of each of the created leagues.

The overall winner of our 2013 Fantasy Football Contest will win the “Mother of All Prize Packs” containing CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, Tees, Hats and assorted swag that we have accumulated and will continue to accumulate throughout the football season. Some “swag” is branded by alcohol-related companies, so you must be 21 or older to enter.

The overall winner is the league champion who earns the most points over the course of the season. The runner-up league champions will receive consolation prizes.

For those unfamiliar with the league, it is an auto-draft league and we do not run a playoff system. You earn as many wins as you can throughout the 17 weeks and the fantasy team with the most wins (and tie-breaker points) is the winner.
