I just closed today. I found out that the guy next door is an avid home brewer to the point that he had tap lines run when they were building his house. We will probaly have a smaller house warming next month and of couse our yearly blowout in July is still on.

It was shitty this morning today we did the cable\phone\internet install and got appliances delivered. I got my guitars and half the beer over to the house. Tomorrow is the moving truck day and a couple of runs on Sunday and we should be good. Thank god the houses are 5 miles apart. We are looking at sunny tomorrow and snow on Sunday.
