I watched the auditions for the first few seasons but that got old having to sit through all the supposed "good singers" who over sing everything and annoy the shit out of me.

I try to avoid watching anything on Fox for the five months the show is on, the fucking commercials are incessant. Our local Fox affiliate's morning show is just five hours of overly cheerful people talking about the show, "five people were shot last night....which means they didn't see Amercian Idol!"....Fucking morning news show idiots, I want the news not a commercial.
