I was hoping the tech would at least check the connections, etc. Instead he simply asked if it was working. He barely spoke English. His accent was so strong that he had trouble communicating with the office when he called in to cancel the appointment.

No further problems since I last commented. I keep thinking that there is some kind of interference, but I haven't been able to track it down.
