Electronic Arts Tagged By Disney For Exclusive Star Wars Videogame Rights

You might have heard that Electronic Arts was given the exclusive license by Disney to produce games with the Star Wars license.

In return, Electronic Arts will be tasking Visceral Games (Dead Space) and DICE (Battlefield 3) to develop games using the Frostbite 3 engine.

One has to wonder what kind of game Visceral will come up with – maybe a scary title in which the gamer plays a Jedi being stalked by rakghouls and tarrentateks? Most people think DICE will do Battlefront III, but imagine if they do a Star Wars version of Mirror’s Edge?

Let us know what you think.
