Have you been asking yourself what the hell have Ian Ziering and Tara Reid been doing lately? Well, neither have I, but the answer is simple… SHARKNADO.
SyFy, formerly the Sci-Fi Channel, aired one of their typical cheesy horror flicks last night that had the interwebs buzzing and that buzz has carried into this morning. Sharknado debuted at 9pm on Thursday night and Tweets about the show were recorded as high as 5,000 per second during and immediately after it aired. Even celebrities were in on the fun as names such as Mia Farrow and Horatio Sans jumped in on the fun.
What is Sharknado about? Do you really have to ask? The movie poster says it all: “Sharknado: Enough said!” As you can see in the official movie trailer below, sharks by the hundreds are inconveniently deposited into Los Angeles… via a tornado.

There is no doubt whatsoever that after the buzz it is getting SyFy will air Sharknado several (if not hundreds) more times.
