In Brazil street justice can be intense. If you want to know how intense just ask this would be thief. The suspect in this video took a beating, as we can see in his face, he was tied with ropes, and then taken and thrown on top of an anthill.
The young man’s screams indicate that the ant hill is full of some type of fire ants that are slowly eating his flesh. Wikipedia describes the ants:
The Red Imported Fire Ant is a very aggressive eusocial species. They are far more aggressive than most ant species, and have a painful sting. Animals, including humans, often encounter them by inadvertently stepping on one of their mounds, which causes the ants to swarm up the legs, attacking en masse.

The ants respond to pheromones released by the first ant that attacks, thereafter stinging in concert.
So the torture you see in the video is only going to get worse. This video is extremely graphic definitely not for the faint of heart.
