Philadelphia Brewing Co. is celebrating the 1 year anniversary of providing the Philadelphia Region with the freshest beers and ales of the highest quality. Building upon an eight year history of brewing in it’s Kensington facility, Philadelphia Brewing Co. rolled out it’s new line of products on March 5, 2008. “While a lot of businesses are closing their doors we are looking ahead with a planned expansion in 2009,” says Nancy Barton, Partner.
To celebrate their 1 Year Brand-Reopening, Philadelphia Brewing Co. is throwing themselves a big bash on Saturday, March 7th from 1pm-4pm. “This year’s anniversary party will be even better than last year’s,” said Matt Nienhuis, Director of Operations. As part of their continuing efforts to support local community organizations Philadelphia Brewing Co. will be requesting donations for the “Kensington Community Kitchen @ St. Michael’s,” a project of Greensgrow Farm.
