I was preparing to sit down and write a new “Suds With Securb” today when a project that has been in the back of my mind started nagging at me. We have been at this new site for over a year and still my old “Suds With Securb” columns sit in limbo.
Further justifiying my procrastination to get this done is I had a computer crash some time ago and lost some of the original “Suds With Securb” columns.
Armed with a horrid chunk of archive data from TheManRoom.com and with some help from The Wayback Machine I was able to recreate 90% of the old Archive.
There were some columns that ment a lot to me that I wanted to republish. Especially the ones about my Dad and Grandad. Now that this look back in time is complete I have closure. It is time to move forward.
In the next few weeks I will be naming the “Ten Beers You Must Drink This Summer”
I will also be doing a comparison of Great Divide Espresso Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout and Great Divide’s Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti. Yes I know one is coffee and one is chocolate but there must be other nuances. What happens when you mix them together? We will find out.
There are also some great summer recipes on deck. So I thank you for your continued readership and look forward to the future.
