Employees of the Green Bay Packers were informed Monday that the body of the 21-year-old son of Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin was found in a river in Oshkosh, Wis., and identified, reports NFL Network's Albert Breer.

Authorities had been searching for Michael T. Philbin a day after he was reported missing following a night out with friends. He was last heard from around 2 a.m. Sunday and was reported missing by friends at 8:15 p.m. Sunday, according to Oshkosh Police spokesman Joseph Nichols.

Packers coach Mike McCarthy addressed the situation during his weekly news conference, saying the team has a "family first organization." McCarthy said Philbin was in Oshkosh on Monday, and that the team had contingency plans in place if Philbin couldn't be with the team this week.
