Their goal is to eliminate the N-word entirely, no matter what race the person saying it is... however, I can't say I've ever heard it in an NFL setting. I'm sure the players are saying it on the field and in the locker room, but it is not like they're dropping it in interviews or on the field to the point where it is being picked up by the mics.

This is going to be impossible to enforce. If a black player makes a great play and another black player responds "thats my n_" and the rep throws a flag get ready for the horror show.
